Strengths

• Starter is $24.95/month ($20 billed annually) for 30 calls, with $1.50 per extra call. (source)
• A 14-day free trial with no credit card required. (source)
• Spam blocking is included and the page says you don't pay for junk calls. It also lists 35+ languages, warm transfers and calendar booking. (source)

Limitations

• Plans count calls, so a busy storm night on Starter adds $1.50 per call over 30. (source)
• iPhone users have to turn off Live Voicemail, or forwarded calls may go to voicemail instead of Upfirst. (source)
• The calendar integrations named on the pricing page are Google, Outlook, Clio, Acuity, Calendly and Square. No field service software is named. (source)
