Strengths

• Professional is $49/month with 250 minutes, and the page says every plan handles English and Spanish on every call. (source)
• Setup trains from your Google Business Profile or website. You review it, test-call it, and then forward your number. (source)
• Spam detection, call summaries, transcripts, recordings and a Zapier integration are on all plans. (source)

Limitations

• Booking directly on your calendar and live or warm transfers start on Scale ($149/month). Professional takes messages and texts booking links. (source)
• The terms say a free trial needs a valid payment method on file and converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel. (source)
• Plans are capped by minutes (250, 1,000 or 2,000), so long emergency calls use up the allowance faster. (source)
